Here We Go!
Welcome to the Inner Light Healing Collective!
For the past year, we have been building an online community, along with teaching at various locations, renting space, and traveling around to share our passion for meditation, yoga, sound baths, and reiki. And it has been amazing!
Our dream was to create a space where we could bring it all together. To open the doors to helping others on their healing journey. A studio where community gathers. And we will open those doors on May 10, 2024, in High River, AB.
Inner Light Healing Collective is:
a healing studio (not a fitness facility)
a place to welcome all levels and bodies
a community
a mental-wellness approach
all about mind, body, and spirit
love
We are just getting started with a selection class options (and taking feedback from community for what we can add in the future) and a variety of ways to join from memberships (that save lots of money) to drop-in. We will never be all things to all people but we want to add some options for as many who we align with as we can!
