Let this evening help you soothe your nervous system, melting into full body relaxation, then journeying into meditative nidra.
Essential oils & hands-on energy work to help you sink even deeper into the practice. This is the class where you’ll use all the props & a blanket.

Join us for a deeply grounding afternoon by the river as we honour the Summer Solstice, a sacred turning point of light, renewal, reflection, and connection.
Together we will slow down, reconnect with nature, and move through a gentle afternoon of ceremony and restoration including: Riverside meditation , Sound bath, and relaxation Indigenous-led Story telling, Smudge and Offering to the river, Barefoot grounding and water connection, Reflection, release, and solstice intention setting.
This gathering is designed to be soft, meaningful, and heart-centered, an opportunity to honour both remembrance and renewal beneath the light of the longest day of the year. And will also honour and celebrate National Indigenous People's Day.
